Joseph M. Coli DVM
Dr. Joe Coli is a native of Verdi, Nevada. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 1981. He currently resides in Washoe Valley with his wife, Jody, and their two children, Kristina and Steven. He is an active member of the Reno Rodeo Association and a past president of the Nevada Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Coli was named the 2013 Zoetis Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association Veterinarian of the Year. His personal hobbies include archery, hunting, karate, and horse packing.
Stephen C. Damonte DVM
Dr. Steve Damonte is a native of Reno, Nevada. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 1991. He currently resides in Reno with his wife Angie and daughter Jenna. He is a volunteer with the Reno Rodeo Association and past president of the Nevada Veterinary Medical Association and Washoe County Farm Bureau. Dr. Damonte is currently on the Nevada State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. His personal hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping, running and skiing.
Shane M. Miller DVM Dipl. ACVS

Dr. Shane Miller is a native of Minden, NV. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University in 1992. Following a year long internship at Littleton Large Animal Hospital Equine Clinic, Dr. Miller completed his equine surgery residency at University of California-Davis in 1996. He subsequently returned to Littleton Large Animal Clinic Equine Hospital in 1997. Dr. Miller became board certified in equine surgery from the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 1998. While at Littleton Equine Medical Center, Dr. Miller served as CEO and Chief of Surgery. Dr. Miller lives in Gardnerville with his wife Kristin and their three children Peyton, Camden, and Landin. Dr. Miller's professional interests lie in soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries with an emphasis in arthroscopy, laparoscopy and fracture repair. He also has a clinical interest in lameness and prepurchase exams. He has written articles in Veterinary Surgery Journal, Equine Veterinary Journal, Journal of American Veterinary Medical Association and many lay journals. Dr. Miller has also presented numerous surgical and lameness topics both nationally and internationally. His hobbies include cycling, triathlons, and golfing.
Elisabeth M. Lau DVM
Dr. Betsy Lau is a native of North Little Rock, Arkansas. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University in 2007. She completed her internship at Comstock Equine Hospital in 2008 and stayed on as an associate veterinarian. Her professional interests include dentistry, small ruminants, and reproduction. She is a member of the American Association of Small Ruminant Practitioners. She is also a board member of the Nevada Goat Producers Association and a control judge with the American Endurance Ride Conference. Dr. Lau resides in Reno with her husband Erik and daughter Hazel on their mini urban farm. Her hobbies include cooking, hiking and snowshoeing, and watching Razorback football and basketball.
Kristi M. Stone DVM cVMA
Dr. Kristi Stone is a native of Minden, Nevada. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2013. She returned home to northern Nevada after completing a year long equine medicine and surgery internship at Steinbeck Country Equine Clinic in Salinas, California. Her professional interests include lameness and sports medicine, ultrasonography, reproduction, neonatology, and production animal medicine. She is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist. She is also a member of the Reno Rodeo Association. Dr. Stone resides in Minden with her husband Justin and daughter Paisley. In her free time, she enjoys showing and riding paint horses, hunting, and spending time with her family and dogs Savannah, Sir, Doc, and Carter.
Christy A. Trinidad DVM
Dr. Christy Trinidad is a native of Winton, California. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from University California Davis and completed her internship with us in 2016. Her professional interests include sports medicine, neonatology, dentistry, and small ruminants. She is a control judge for the American Endurance Ride Conference. In her free time, Dr. Trinidad enjoys hiking and back country skiing with her husband Jerimiah and their dogs Bentley and Anya, snowboarding, trail and endurance riding on her mule Rhonda, starting her Arabian colt Tom, and snuggling on the couch with her cat Juno.

Dr. Russ Sakai is a native of Visalia, California. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from University of California Davis. Following an internship at Colorado State University, he returned to University of California Davis for a surgical residency. Dr. Sakai and his fiance Suzanne moved to Northern Nevada with their dogs Sawyer and Winston and Suzanne's eventing horse Scout. His professional interests include non-invasive surgery such as laparoscopy and arthroscopy, colic surgery, upper airway surgery, lameness and sports medicine. In his free time, Dr. Sakai enjoys fly fishing, backpacking, and skiing.
Ty C. Marshall-Blanche DVM
Dr. Ty C. Marshall-Blanche is a native of Ridgecrest, California. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Western University College of Veterinary Medicine. She did a year long equine medicine and surgery at Comstock Equine Hospital. Her professional interests include internal medicine, dentistry, wound management, and small ruminant medicine. In her free time, Dr. Blanche is an avid movie watcher and enjoys playing volleyball, gardening, and spending her down time with her cat Jasper.

Dr. Danielle Cucuzella is a native of Gilbert, Arizona. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Midwestern University College of Veterinary Medicine. She joins us for a year long equine medicine and surgery. Her professional interests include reproduction medicine, emergency medicine and herd health. In her free time, Dr. Cucuzella likes to camp, fish, off-road, and hike with her two rescue dogs Olive and Sonic. She is also an avid photographer. Welcome Dr. Cucuzella!!
